My family loves this place. It has something for everyone. Down in the basement there is a great late night atmosphere... upstairs you can bring the family (as long as they are well behaved- this is kind of "fancy") and outside you can enjoy nature while feasting on delicious food and drinks! Obviously the price is higher than your standard Fridays or Ruby's! Worth it :)

I have eaten here a few times, and the service is great. The food is great. I love dinning on the porch listening to the water fountain....that is the best dining experience.

For the last 3 years we have had our annual fall dinner meeting at this restaurant. The service and cooperation has been excellent. The food is very good-we usually get family style but have had the plated menus also. The owners are more then willing to work up any menu you may suggest or give good suggested menus. The parking is more than ample and the convenience of all on one floor walk in for the main restaurant area is so convenient for our older members.

FANTASTIC! Unbelievable food and service. The staff there is so friendly and the food is so delicious in taste and a reasonable price. Especialy during their open mic nights on Thursday. It's like being life at the American Idol but even better with food on the table.

The service could have been better. The food was okay. The when we went to pay we were using two gift certificates that we got as a gift & our server came back & told us that she could only accept one gift certificate & we would have to come back to use the other. What kind of a business is this was NOT a coupon friends had already paid cash for these gift certificates how can you not accept something that is already paid for? We will not be back!

Great food, atmosphere and friendly, knowledgable & helpful staff. They've gone out of their way to cater to our family of vegan, veg & carnivore, and we all enjoy wonderful meals. I felt welcomed as a "regular" since my first visit. When out of town friends and family visit, we always dine there -- and when they come back, they always ask to go again. Perfect for both casual dining and special events-- just a lovely place for any occasion.

I think that they have amazing food. I just was there last night, on Halloween, and they had their own Haunted House going on. I liked how you could eat, talk with friends, and be happy in this place

First, consider the location. It's tucked into absolutely beautiful mountainside scenery; in warm weather, you can even eat outside. I've been there for several Sunday morning breakfasts, every time getting the most *wonderful* food of its kind I've *ever* had - omelettes, and breakfast potatoes, sure, but really, who could have predicted that even their *toast* would be the best I've ever had. And, the proprietor, Greg, is such a nice guy -
he seems to really care about your experience there. And, the other thing you need to know is that every Thursday night, they have a *cool* blues jam, run by an very tasty "house band" (Kenny and the Cobras), who keep things under control when they're not playing (so the jammers' volume doesn't overwhelm). I've heard some *really* good music there - come to think of it, pretty much every time I go. And, this place was non-smoking even before the law was passed. For a real treat, I'd recommend some food or dessert ("and", I meant "and" - and eat dessert first, my personal favorite!), which is available even on blues night - in particular, their Southwest Egg Rolls are, quite simply, fabulous. Sorry to go on so, but I'm quite taken with the place. Ooh, what luck, just realized today is Thursday - I know where I'm headed tonight!

The best treat on the menu is the fish basket appetizer. The prices are amazing. The food is always just excellent. Friendly, cozy, and we love it!

Great food, lovely atmosphere, but best of all is their Jazz on Friday nights! I could not believe I was sitting in a victorian "cottage" in the hills of Frederick, Maryland listening to they kind of top shelf jazz that I usually have to head to the big cities to enjoy. Check the local newspaper to see when Frederick Jazz is performing, they really swing...

theres no place like HOME

Love this place. Breakfast is great... Dinner is great... Prices are great. Only complaint is that service can be a bit slow. Overall experience is very positive. I would reccomend this to anyone.

Wow! Check out the Friday night jazz dinner. A party of 10 of us came out to hear Frederick Jazz and have dinner. All the food was quite excellent, and the wait staff was terrific. They let us do separate checks, which everyone appreciated.
The jazz was amazing. Frederick Jazz brought a sophisticated, swinging sound that I usually have to head to D.C. or Baltimore to hear. They were really, really good. And, all made up of local musicians.

Good eats and a comfortable atmosphere. Tho' a humble title, the Meatloaf Sandwich is very good. Check out the Thursday tunes/open mic downstairs - good talent and I may be on the ivories...

My experiance at the Braddock Inn was exceptional. I was with a party of 8 and everyone was pleased with the service and the food. The owner (Greg) came out to ensure that everything was perfect and seemed to really care for his patrons and have an intense desire to please them. He also gave a history on the place and seemed to really know how it all came to be. The space was pleasent and was like eating in a cozy little home. I am going back again!

Fish and Chips on Friday's..........very good!

Went for dinner and blues jam Jan 18. Best Country Fried Steak I've had since I left Texas. Mashed potatoes were wonderful (lumps and all, the way home made is meant to be served), green beans were crisp, and the bread was fresh. Loved the apple butter jam. The drinks were right on and the after dinner coffee was some of the best I've had in a restaurant in a long time. Prices were very reasonable. The Blue Jam was spectacular and a wonderful way to spend the evening. I'm going back soon with a group of friends.

I am so impressed with all the renovations! That building was just about in the ground when the new owner bought it. I just attended a wedding reception in the lower level and it could not have gone smoother! the staff was attentive & every plate came out hot (for a hundred people, even hotels sometimes can't get that right). I would definately host a party there. I can't wait to go back for dinner!

We find the Braddock Inn to be a comfortable place to go where the food is good and the price is right. It has the feel of a community place. The renovations are lovely and to sit at the table by the fireplace in the lounge is delightful. We look forward to the Jazz Lounge, too. Best wishes for success to the owners of the Inn from a long-time Middletown resident who has seen the Inn go through many hands. We think that "you've got the right stuff!"

I liked the old and woody atmosphere. The food was so-so. The green beans were dry and nearly raw and the mac & cheese tasted canned, not home-made. The ribs were very tasty, but not very tender or meaty. Still, I will go back and try other items on the menu. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.

I've eaten there twice in the last couple of years. Nice locale and great wait staff, but my husband and I both thought the food was dreadful - lumpy potatoes, undercooked entrees, etc. Sorry, I'd have to say it's not worth the price.

This restaurant is recently under new ownership and the building has been lovingly renovated and luxouriously decorated. Eating here, or having a drink at the unique bar, is a real treat! The food is fantastic, and the service has a few kinks in it yet (new staff), but is curteous and attentive.
Go while it is still easy to get in the door!

My wife and I decided to take a drive, where we found ourselves at the Braddock Inn. The Inn has changed owners. Let me say that what they have done with the place is completly amazing. The food is just absolutly to die for. Off their menu, I chose a dish they call Teryiaki Salmon. Let me tell you. WOW!!!!. My wife comes from the Eastern Shore of Maryland, so of course she had to try the crab cakes. Well, she didn't stop yalking about them, I don't she has yet. The owner, Greg, had a lovely conversation with us about the historty of the building and his furture plans and visions. That is rare, you never get to speak directly to the main guy, we thought that was great. Half way through our wonderful meal the chef came out to check on us, again, very rare, the chef is always to busy to even leave the kitchen let alone talk to you. I was so taken back that he was even sightly couroius about what I thought of his meal. To concluded, we LOVED it and have found our new place of dining for the duration of teir open status.
Thank You,
Rob and Jenny.

Excellent. This restaurant re-opened under new local ownership this year after major upgrades to the turn of the century inn. The atmosphere was unique & provided a great setting for a nice family dinner. The food was great & the prices were a good value for our family of four. If you live in the area you must stop by to see this new old place!

First off, we had a personal experience and tour by the new owner, Greg who was more than gracious on telling us of the history. This place, Home as they now call it is WONDERFUL. The cook came out and asked us about our food and the ambiance is indescribable. A quaint historical house transformed into a restaurant with a bar in the front. Topped off with a picturesque waterfall in the front. I highly recommend the crabcakes...
Family owned, neighborhood gathering place..that is what this is. We will go back, again and again.

We loved the restaurant. The new owner has done a superb job renovating, decorating and giving his personal attention to customers. We held my sister's 40th birthday party there and loved it. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was romantic and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to be to celebrate. Thanks Gregg!

The Braddock In has made some drastic changes to their building. The new look is just absolutly fabulous. The menu is out of this word. The diversity is wonderful, there is items for everyone, even the kids. The Braddock Chicken, their signature dish is a combination of both homestyle cooking with a spanish flare. In my mind the thing that sets them above the rest is that everything they serve is made from scratch. I hope that you give them a shot, I think they will shock you. The young man they hired as their Chef, Jason Davis, is amazing. I hope you enjoy visit as much as I did.

? Excellent. The food was upscale and the ambiance was wonderful. I went there as a child when it was a ski lodge so many memories came back. The little bar downstairs was quaint and local.
