We went to Chick Fil-A on Friday for lunch. The food was great and everyone was very pleasant and welcoming, but one stood out above everyone else. The young lady working the dining room made a fast food dining experience feel like a full service experience. In a customer service business, it is rare to find someone so happy and helpful. I believe her name was Yuni and she was the best part of the Chick Fil-A staff.

I love their chicken club sandwich! Very friendly employees that seem to be better than McDonald's employees. They look like they are out of place in a fast food restaurant. Best fast food in Frederick!

Chick-fil-A has the best service ever with great employees. I can never complain. I get great service and the food is delicious. It is the best place to eat in Frederick!!

This Chic fil A is GREAT!
One reason we decided to move to Urbana (from Georgia) was that there was a "Chicky filley" close by. My sons were having withdrawals.
Great product, even better service! Good reason to be closed on Sunday;+) LOVE IT!

All I know is that all of the food is made fresh in house. From all of the chicken down to the coleslaw it is all prepared at each location.
If you haven't tried one of the handspun shakes you don't know what you are missing. You will never have another fast food shake once you have tasted a Chick Fila shake.

Great fast food at very reasonable prices. I normally get my food "to go" because it is too hectic & crowded to eat inside. Chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and milkshakes are great!

Clearly my favorite Frederick fast food place...whether it's eating in with the PTA Mom's or hitting the drive through, I've never been disappointed.

Excellent food, great service. Every now and then a mistake might be made, but the employees go out of their way to fix their mistake and try to make it as nice as possible. I work in fast food, and if "Anonymous" get sandwiches that are "cut in half", it's probably because he got the piece of chicken that was cut on the side to test whether the whole batch was done or not. \n
Perhaps Pete visited that Chick-Fil-A on a particularly busy Saturday. Whenever I've been there the employees are cleaning the dining room, and they certainly can't help the noisy customers. Five stars from me.

I love the food but three times now I've received chicken sandwiches that are cut in half and only halfway cooked. It seems that the one in Frederick is the only one that does this. I've gone to others in the area and theirs are perfect.

Good: Very fast service; Great chicken sandwiches.
Bad: Poor dining room atmosphere; Must eat fries right away(they're horrible when cold); Never open on Sundays.

I have to admit I never liked dining inside. Drive through is great. Iced Tea is great as well as Ceasar Chicken Wrap. This is the best fast food in Frederick!

It's sheer pandemonium: yelling, crying, throwing things, running amok through the restaurant - and that's just the parents! The kids are worse. The sandwiches are slightly better than typical fastfood fare but they're enjoyable only as take-out orders. Otherwise, it's like trying to eat amidst bedlam. Maybe when school reopens the atmosphere will improve.

I thought their chicken sandwich was only OK, it lacked flavor. The waffle fries were pretty good because they were different from typical fast food fare. Service was pretty good, but they are not open on Sunday.

Chik-Fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant. I have tried their chicken sandwitches, chicken fingers, and chicken nuggets and they are all very good. There fries are excellent. They are waffle fries and are my favorite fries out of any restaurant I have been to. If you haven't tried Chik-Fil-A yet I would deffinetly recommend going there.
