I can not believe the quality of this food. The portions are huge, but you will eat every bite because it's so delicious. The authenticity of the Italian food - in Walkersville, no less- is a phenomenon not to be missed!! This is the real deal, a restaurant with character and incredibly prepared food every time.

Outstanding! I thought the best Italian food was in northern New Jersey/New York area. But we had it here all along. Exceptional Sicilian food. You could make a meal on the appetizers alone. The hot crab dip is an absolute must. The bruschetta was made on the spot with fresh tomatoes, cillantro and excellent bread; not pre-made or jar. The family loved all of our entries, all made by Marsala himself. We've told others, and they agreed. We're going back real soon!

Food was pretty good; however the portions were definitely too much. It would have been better is the portions were smaller and the prices were lower. Other than that, I would recommend this restaurant to my friends.

Not the most extravagant, fancy atmosphere, but a homey, family feel and very, very good food. Huge portions, very tasty.

I've eaten at Marsala's twice now. The food has been incredible both times. The service was a little lacking the 2nd time as the waitress told us she preferred the tip in cash since if we put it on our credit card she would not get the tip at the end of the evening. The owner/manager needs to revisit that decision. The waitstaff should not have to suffer if the customer puts a tip on a credit card, which most people do anyways. Any bank surcharges borne on the merchant should come off overhead, not out of the pocket of your staff. I don't blame the waitress for making that request of us but it leaves a blemish on the management and takes away from the otherwise positive experience we have enjoyed.
