  When I went i had a good experience at this establishment. The staff was nice and considerate. Although I have seen it very busy in the summer, they do their best to accomodate the many customers. I will definately go back.

  I agree. Very poor service and this location never seems to be clean. Ice cream is standard fair.

  Generally good but not great ice cream in many flavors not yet thought of by Ben and Jerry. Unfortunately, the establishment on the Golden Mile (West Patrick St.) hires staff that are only slightly above comatose. Really poor service, especially in the summer time when busiest. I have literally seen one of them stare blankly at a room full of people for several minutes before waiting on customers.

  Good ice cream, though in the summer it can be quite crowded and slow.
