Somewhat disappointing. When we got there we were one of two tables and it took ten minutes to get our drinks. Another forty minutes to get our food, it was ridiculous. Also who ever heard of cheeseburgers on the menu served without fries. The kids menu came with fries but was less exspensive that the adult burger without fries. The burgers appeared to be the same size. I won't be taking my family back.

I live in WV ans still come here for calzones....the best around. I have tried them all around and James Gang is the king. Try the original calzone without the ricotta...nothing compares!

I live in myersville and went to school in middletown and the pizza is good but not the best. The bacon cheese fries are the best i've ever had. And the wedgies are amazing and is the only place i know where to get them. Its a nice place to go with friends and family and its not too pricey.

Not New York Italian food, but ok for a local joint. Veggies could taste fresher. Calzones are not bad, pizza is good, but we think their sauce could use some tweaking. We like the pizza crust.
Atmosphere is definitely small town, which can be nice.

Got one of their 3ft. party subs for a Super Bowl party and it was awesome. They didn't skimp on the meats and cheese and even gave us a side of hot relish and onions. I'd definitely recommend this if you ever need to feed alot of people.

i am from new york and the pizza certainly does not compare in any way however the cheesy fries are the best i have ever had. its a good place to go for a quick, last minute bite

The pizza there is awesome! I always get pizza, but the selection on the menu is huge. I can't wait to try the gyros. You can even get beer there. The service is great also. It's seat yourself dining and gets pretty crowded on Friday and Saturday nights. Oh, and the prices are reasonable, especially for my unemployed a$$.

Since the first time I tried it, I loved it. Wish I still lived there so I could eat it everyday. That's what I miss most about Middletown. The Manicotti was my favorite, but it was all wonderful. I loved the people that worked there! They were awesome too!

They used to deliver twice a week to Middletown Elementary so now eating there is more sentimental than anything else. But I will admit their calzone is rather delicious

The food at James Gang is mediocre at best. Actually dining in the restaurant is terrible... the service was excruciatingly slow and there were flies everywhere! I'd hate to see what the kitchen looks like. I would definitely NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Great place to catch very good pizza's & overstuffed subs. People are very nice and the bacon, cheese fries are the best around.

Go for the sicilian pizza if you are going to get pizza... it is quite tasty and a good value for a filling pizza. Of course, everything pales in comparison to John's Pizzeria in New York City, but we do live here so we have to make the best of it.

I've lived in the Myersville/Middletown area for 26 years and James Gang has always been one of my favorite resturants. Good Subs, good pizza, good service and the food isn't inexpensive.

A great place to sit down for a pizza, sub, or italian dish. Prices are pretty average, along with the service. Great pizzeria atmosphere. For the price the food is very good.
