  I have been to a few locations and this one is the cleanest one I have been too. The staff have always been really nice to me and my kids. The game selection isn't as big as some of the others but I still think it's a great place. They have more then "greasy pizza" and "sugar" to pick from to eat/drink(such as salad and water if you choose) and the bday parties are based on a per child price(so ours was much less then $230) and for what you get I think it is extremely reasonable. I would go out of my way to go to this chuck e cheese.

  I too would like to thank the staff, especially Michele who I believe was a party person. My daughter spilled her drink on her dress, and this staff person made every effort to help clean up the spill. She went above and beyond to let my daughter know everything would be alright, and assisted in making sure the entire area was clean. She was friendly, courteous and because of people like her, I plan on bringing my family back again.

  I'm kind of in the middle here - the food's OK for a place to babysit kids, but compared to a regular restaurant it's not very good at all. The pizza's bland, greasy, and somewhat edible, but that's about it. I have 2 kids I take there, but if it wasn't for them I wouldn't come near the place.

  I really like Chuck E chesse I think It's a good place for kids to have fun and the pizza is awsome.

  I can't believe that people actually like this place. Why would any sane person, especially parents, go to a place where they can fuel their kids with greasy pizza and sugar and then expect them to behave as they run around like hooligans in the playground edifices? I also feel sorry for friends of parents who come to support the parents in celebrating their kid's birthday and leave with nothing except a coupon for free tokens, plastic cups, and a throbbing migrane. Lastly, is it really necessary to pay $230 for a 2 hour party to visit an overgrown rat??

  I would like to thank the staff for working hard to make going to Chuck E Chesse so much fun for my family. The food is very good the salad bar is
  kept nice and everyone that works there is very nice. I will keep coming back, but I wish we had
  a Chuck E Cheese in Hagerstown Md.
