  in regards to the one for 9/02/2007 i have spent a lot and never and i stress never have i been disappointed. There is more to this comment than they state. I recommend him to everyone.

  I give him ten stars if i could he is the greatest. I never get enough of his cakes, breads, candies at Easter, cookies, ect.

  Ed always delivers....He made my daughters wedding cake and the grooms cake and also a few other cakes since we moved here and they are always TOP NOTCH.....Hats Off to Ed.

  I did a cake tasting at Ed's. He is very nice, his store is clean and smells like a slice of heaven!! He explains everything very clearly and is a pleasure to work with. His designs are gorgeous and his prices are extreamly reasonable. And his coconut cream cake is to die for!!!!

  The cakes and cupcakes are outstanding. Better than any homemade or fine bakery cake I've ever had. Recommend the caramel cake/buttercream and the strawberry shortcake!

  Very disappointed with the presentation of the cake. We have given E'd a pictue of how we wanted it decorated nothing fancy very simple easy to copy. Needless to say this put a damper to the start of a special day

  Ed's did our wedding cake and will be our bakery of choice for the rest of our lives. Best Italian Buttercream I've ever had. Service is great. I reccomend it to everyone I know.
