  OTT is my favorite bar! The prices are great, the food is good, and the staff is better than in most bars. I get there fairly early (ehh 8ish) and have never had a problem parking. If bar hopping... make OTT your last stop.

  The best bartenders in Frederick by far with appearance, personality, and performance. Always looking for new talented bands to perform on weekends. The "Cheers" of Frederick where everybody knows your name. Great food, great drink prices but City of Frederick doesn't help the parking situation. All parking decks are at the South end.

  Good place for a beer, and the food is way above par for bar food. Try the buffalo chicken wrap or a burger. It's certainly not in a bad part of town either.
