Excellent food. The staff on the other hand are rude. I've been Hung up on and rushed off the phone multiple times with out being able to finish my order.

Good food, very rude staff. Delivery takes around an hour, no big deal there. If the staff was nicer I would consider it my chinese take out food establishment of choice.

Great teriyaki chicken, and I love the Mambo sauce it comes with.
Service is average, but I don't really expect people to fall over themselves at a carryout.

I am very forgiving person. It takes A LOT for me to complain about something. However, I met my limit with this place. Normally, I would have just accepted the food and complained to myself, but this was enough to make me drive 4-5 miles back to the place to return my food. The Kung Pau Chicken my as well have been called Kung Pau CELERY as it was 90% Celery. After fishing around, I found the 10% Chicken! Yes, the restaurant refunded my money. Yes, the other items that we ordered were OK, but an apology would have went A LOT further than the refund of my money. Not a simply "sorry" was mentioned. I recently received the restaurant's menu in the mail, so I thought Id give them a try. In this day and age, good food and good service is a must. I will not be going back.

I think that this Chinese Carryout is the best in all of frederick and I recommend everyone to order I eat from there!!! I love their food!! Everything is so good!! Fried dumplings and shrimp fried rice and the fried chicken wings!! Ur gonna love it!!!!!

One thing i learned after getting delivery from Charlies: Never trust a Chinese place that has American food. We ordered general tso's, onion rings, and a Italian style meatball sub. To start the Meatball sub had about a spoonful of sauce and about the same in cheese. On a 12Inch roll thats nothing at all! So Forget about the Italian taste its basically just meatballs in a roll. The meatballs themselves were hard and crusty, as if they were cooked twice. And pretty much stuffed 3 too many into the roll. Which cause the roll to fall apart of course. Now i dont even know how they did it but they managed to cut the sub only half way from the bottom up. Now onto the onion rings. They literally had no taste at all. Could not taste onion or the batter. What a waste. The only thing i can say is the General Tso's almost tasted like General Tso's, but just not enough for me to what to try it again.
