  LOVE WATSONS! Great chicken, really reasonable prices, yummy cole slaw, pleasant people--what more could you ask for?!? Watson's is a Frederick tradition, and a staple at all our get-togethers.

  After reading several other comments, I went to Watson's with great expectations. Unfortunately I was terribly disappointed. The place was nearly empty, so service was quick. I ordered a 4 piece meal with two sides. The chicken proved to be terrible over-cooked and tasted as thought they used rancid oil to cook it. The side were standard canned fare and did nothing to counterbalance the horrible chicken. I won't be back.

  Move over, Colonel, Bill Watson could teach you a thing or two about fried chicken. Not only the best fried chicken in Frederick, but probably the entire country! The cole slaw is creamy and a perfect match for the juicy, moist chicken. Skip the Colonel and let Billy show you what real MARYLAND fried chicken is. You'll go in to eat a dinner, but you will end up taking a bucket-full of chicken back home, I guarantee you.

  The best Fried chicken you could ever imagine. If you are a macaroni salad fan, do not miss theirs...we normally get two extra large helpings of that with our meal just to savor the goodness for a couple of days!
