  I was researching for a catering company on the Internet for a corporate holiday function. I happened to complete a generic form online. The only caterer who responded was Renaissance Chef! From the very start I knew that Jake and Danny were going to be fanatastic to work with. The display, selection and quality of food was outstanding! The food choices from appetizers to desserts consisted of so many I didn't know where to start. The day of the function they arrived in holiday spirits and proceed to set up a lovely buffet with surprises I never expected. Because of their excellance in customer service, quaility of food, pricing and overall professionalism I use them all the time now. In other words, they are my "go to cater." Use them....they are the best!!!!

  Jake and Danny of Renaissance Catering are a step above the rest. I could not believe the menu options they offer and the quality of food is outstanding. They understand the importance of not only good food but outstanding customer service. I have used them many times for corporate events and not only have the guest raved about them, but now they are known through out the company and other divisions are now using them as well!

  How delighted I was to be introduced to the staffat Renaissance Chef Catering in Frederick,MD! I attended a party they catered, and later booked them for my wedding. The food was AWESOME! Their signature salad is loaded with all kinds of interesting items (cranberries, nuts, etc), and I adore their homemade dressing. Gourmet-homemade-fresh is the way I would describe the food. The staff were all so friendly-real nice guys! They gave me a great price for the high quality food-try them, you will not be disappointed.
