We tend to go there a lot, especially for birthdays, because guest of honor gets a nice ice cream treat ! Food is good, prices are too, service varies depending on how many staff are working! definitely one of our family favorites!

we love to celebrate birthdays here...staff brings a huge desert and sings..nice touch!
salads are fabulous, and most entrees are huge and very good! DESERTS are heavenly!! definitely a place we go to often!

Salad is the only food that is good. My family and I waited for about 15 minutes before a server came to our table.

Have to totally agree with the anon who said
Olive Leaf's quality is best summarized by the great philosopher, Forrest Gump, who said, "Service and food at Olive Leaf are like a box of chocolates . . . you never know what you're gonna get."
Same food items have varied from outstanding to barely edible. Surface is usually pretty bad - daughter went very recently with a toddler. Lunch took 1.5 hours with only 6 tables filled. Waitresses stood around or disappeared for lengthly periods of time. After waiting 15 minutes for a waitress (and none to be seen) for her check, she finally got the manager to get it so she could leave. Another table had drinks but had been waiting for over 15 minutes to have their order taken.
Pizza is very good! Shrimp salad has varied from excellent to tough and overcooked.

We've eaten here quite a bit because its conveinent. Nice place to take young children. The food is inconsistent. Some dishes are pretty good-many aren't. The house salad dressing is great.

What may have been a wonderful entree last week will inevitably arrive at your table in an inedible heap when you come back next week. The staff would be well-served by some measure of quality control--do they stuff subs on sheer instinct alone, or does all staff agree what constitutes a cold-cut sub? One week you'll have a server that would have made Gordon Ramsay shed a tear in pride, and the next, you'll be stuck with someone who doesn't know what oregano is (true story).
Decor hasn't changed since it opened (literally). I moved away for 10 years and came back only to be welcomed by the same exact Chianti bottle with the same exact green crayon smear I'd seen in 1994.

A county surprise! I have been to this restaurant five times over this past year and have never been disappointed. Good quality Italian cuisine with proper portion size and the right price too. Salad and breads served with dinner entrees. Service is good and a confortable family setting.
