Had excellent service there yesterday. I think the manager served us. He was very patient and pleasant. Donuts were fresh. Coffee was yummy.

Their donuts are awful. Tasteless dough for the most part. It may be personal preference, but I like a lighter, more airy dough if I have a donut. I much prefer to drive to Rockville and get fresh donuts from Krispy Kreme on Shady Grove Road.

Fast service every time I'm in there. On serveral occasions however, I've gotten stale doughnuts. Their coffee is served way too hot.

i don't care much for their donuts. there seems to be something missing in dunkin donuts recipe which makes them always seem a little unfresh to me even though they are fresh. i much prefer krispy kremes and since i work in rockville i can sometimes stop at the shop off shady grove road.
