This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Frederick. It is neatly tucked in the corner of a shopping center. The staff are friendly the food is fantastic! I get the best margheritas ever tasted here.

My wife and I are regulars, it's always great to see their smiling faces. The food is some of the best mexican food you can find without going to mexico, which my wife and I have done. From the fresh and warm tortia chips and salsa are really good. The service is great and fast. My wife and I went there one evening and thought it was going to be a while getting our food but they had it out to us very fast! This is one of our favorite places to eat!!

I have eaten at El Paso for a long long time. (Since it opened in Hagerstown back in the 90's I believe). I love the food and the staff is always very fast. No limit on the amount of salsa and chips you eat and make sure to ask for the spicy salsa...it's free also.

My husband and I love the food, the vibrant murals, the friendly atmosphere and plentiful servings....the warm chips and salsa are great too! I wish the seating was a little further apart though.

Large but dreary interior, but there is also an outside patio that has promise during the summer. Food is quite average and service is sort of surly. Prices were decent, particularly on the beers. Keep your expectations low, but it will do the trick if you're in the neighborhood and wish to avoid the chain fare that fills this area of Frederick.
