  The food here is well worth the reasonable prices. Good size servings and the food tastes great. Steaks, sandwiches and desserts - we've tried them all and all are good!

  The Owner/Chef is a very good chef, although because lack of good service, sometimes it can be very bad. On a slow day, the food is top notch and service is ok. On a busy day, be careful, because you will wait up to 2 hours for 2 entrees and a kids meal, try keeping a 2 year old in her seat that long. And this has happened on more than one occasion. And yes, due to the busyness, at times the food is undercooked, overcooked, cold, etc. If they could get their staffing done right, I think that they could be a success!

  The service is fantastic and the food is prepared perfectly. The portions are large, so go hungry! The desserts (and soups) are exceptional and seem to vary from week-to-week. Sam is a pastry chef so you are sure to be pleased. Whether you are going for a drink with the guys, or sitting down with your family for a delicious meal, Josephine's will take care of you as one would expect a local restaurant to.

  Been going here since Sam opened and we've never been disappointed. Very good food (best crab cakes in area) and service. A place we always bring friends and family to and highly recommend to everyone. A place you will always come back to once you've tried it.

  We have gotten carry out from Josephine's probably a dozen times; Once they undercooked the meat, (we called them)but other than that, they food is excellent and fresh. I have never eaten inside the place but it is the best carry out of its food type in the area.

  Just had one of the best meals I've ever had. Chef Sam's Valentine special was blackened prime rib with a king crab leg! We combined it with French Onion soup, a salad and finished with French Silk pie! It was fantastic!

  We were a party of 17 and were taken care of beautifully! I had the seared tuna salad. Top quality cut of tuna on a bed of mesclun greens. The best! Even if you don't have room, go for the creme brulee. You'll be glad you treated yourself!

  The food is usually good but the chef doesn't stand behind his cooking. I received a very undercooked meal and he refused to make it right, he made the poor waitress tell me that it was fine even though the plate didn't come back out of the kitchen. I don't mind paying $20 per meal unless it's not edible and I leave hungry!
