We had dinner at the Brick Ridge after seeing it on the list of restaurants participating in Carroll County Restaurant Week. Our service was excellent, our meal delicious and we were delighted to find the featured state of the week was Delaware, our home state! The tomato casserole was so good! We will definitely dine there again!

The Brick Ridge is our favorite restaurant in Maryland. The food is outstanding, the service great and the ambience is awesome. Todd takes time to come by each table and talk with everyone, and the servers couldn't be friendlier. It's interesting to see which state he is featuring next. Example: for the Kentucky Derby, the Kentucky flag flies.

My husband and I live in Mount Airy and I recently heard about Brick Ridge through this web site. We went to eat there last night and it was wonderful. The service is great, the food is amazing and Todd the owner, is an extremely nice guy who takes the time to go to every table and make sure that everything is perfect. It also has a very charming decor and can be very romantic. Take the time to go - you won't regret it.

Excellent food, excellent service. This is now my favorite restaurant for fine dining, which serves food at reasonable prices. Todd, the owner, is very friendly and will take the time to chat with you. The food is freshly prepared and the portions are perfect. In addition to the regular menu, they have a smaller menu, which features foods from a particular State. This is a restaurant to enjoy anytime, as well as celebrating a birthday or anniversary.

The best fine dining in Mount Airy. I would stand Brick Ridge up against any of the best restaurants in Baltimore. Sausage Puffs are to die for. Great job Todd!
