For soup lovers their lobster bisque is unbeatable.
The 22 ox porterhouse steak is a cooked to perfection bargain.
Their crying-tiger is a NY strip steak cut into finger-sized slices: served on a bed of romain lettuce. Wrap a steak slice in a leaf of lettuce, dunk it into the crying sauce and shed tears of succulent joy.
Crab legs are dungeness meaty and juicy; a full pound bargain.
Maryland crabs steamed by the tray are enjoyed with beer and mirth.
The seafood platter is high class; clam strips are large and tender.
Red curry will ruin your appetie as your taste buds pleasure bite by bite.
Siam rice is made with hearty stock; tender meat...very satisfying.
One hamburger is a good meal itself, without a heap of full-sized-fries.
For fair balance, Their Gen Tso's chicken could be improved by talking to the chef at the Llittle Far East II restaurant in Damascus.
We dined at Gary and Dell's (Lou and Joe's) weekly for years and have never had a bad meal; We highly recommend them..

One of the best burgers around for any price. Service is slow at times, but still friendly. It is a biker bar and can be loud at times. There are lots of none biker types of all kinds, no one should feel out of place. Great fried oysters, want to try the rest of the menu. My biggest complaint is the cigarette smoke. You will come out smelling of an ashtray. I don't smoke, so it is a consideration for me. Still I love this place. The price is right. I wish there was a bigger selection of beers on tap. Just not a big Bud/Miller/Coors fan. Maybe with the smoking ban, the air will clear up. Then it would be about perfect for a neighborhood biker bar.

This has to be one of the best bargains in eating. The food is fantastic and incredibly eclectic. Service is fast and courteous. The prices are very low. The ambiance is (literally) biker bar mixed with pictures of the Thai King (I said 'eclectic!') but the bikers stay mostly on the bar side and have never been noisy the many times I have been there. (Admittedly, I tend to go for lunch or early dinner, but I have heard that the management does not put up with rowdyness.)
You simply cannot go wrong with ordering Thai, Chinese, or American.
