I live in New York City and so my standard for most ethnic cuisines is high, but even so, this was some of the best Vietnamese food I've ever had. Fresh, perfectly seasoned, non-greasy, and high-quality ingredients. The Viet Aroma scallops are amazing, and a ridiculously generous portion for the price. I ordered take-out, and the girl behind the counter was very helpful and attentive, first offering personalized suggestions, and then triple-checking to make sure she'd gotten the entire order right. Great little place.

LOVE IT. My boyfriend turned me on to it. We go about once a week. I had no idea the first time what I was getting myself into, but I'm glad I went. The soups are AWESOME. I enjoy the spring rolls too. MMMMM I could eat those all day. The atmosphere is well not really one, but who cares when the food is soo good.

One word: Excellent! Pho Cafe is the best place to go for authentic vietnames Pho. Once you order which pho you would like to have, it's out within minutes! There's no need to drive to Rockville anymore for a good bowl of soup. I would highly recommend this place because it's addicting!

Although it has no atmosphere and service is rather cold, I can easily look past these things because it delivers what it appears to promise: good Vietnamese food for a very cheap price. In a pinch, this place keeps me from venturing to Montgomery County to fulfill my cravings for Vietnamese food. Small menu, but everything is done well. Prices are great considering the lack of competition in Frederick. Food is served lightning quick, it's almost not necessary to call ahead if you're taking out. For what it is, it's hard to beat.
