We enjoyed The Ott House. The service was great. I have a couple of special diet needs and they were quite willing to accomodate me! The service was just fast enough to allow us to have a great conversation between plates. We didn't feel like we were being rushed off the table. It is a hometown bar, with all the atmosphere that brings. If you are looking for a cookie cutter meal and in-and-out service, go somewhere else. I'm sure the table will be filled!!

The Ott House rocks! Great food, the staff is incredibly friendly. Try the buffalo chicken sandwich. It's messy, but worth it.

Excellent Food. Everyone I have had for a waitress/waiter has been great. Gets busy at times so if your main concern is speed try McDonalds. But if you want great food, atmosphere and feel like home then you need to go. Good food is worth the wait!

they're pretty uptight there. weird combination of townies/mounties makes it kind awkward unless you're there on college night. best wings ever, but again the people that work there suck.

Just found this site. I work for CBP and on my way to Katrina I happened to stop in for lunch. Everyone was Super friendly and nice atmosphere.I wish we had the OTT house in Maine.

The food was great, the crab dip the best -- service was good but a little slow -- it seemed as though the bar customers were getting a little better service than the tables. I would go back for sure. You need time because it is not the fastest service, so be prepared to wait, all in all it's worth the wait.

The srevice wasn't all that great. Took forever for my food or even to get another beer. Seemed like they were very understaffed. But the food made up for it. My meal was great. Decent atmosphere, but if you aren't a local forget it.

I have been going to the Ott House for years. It is an extremely friendly and a fun place to have a very nice lunch or dinner. Their New England Clam Chowder is one of the very best in the area.

The Ott House is and has always been a favorite restaurant and tavern of ours. The clientele are absolutely fabulous and the food is great. The atmosphere is family style, and on Friday nights they have a live band. I just love it, and so do all of my friends and family! It's a great place to meet, have a snack, or just cool off on a hot day! See you soon OTT HOUSE!
