  My son introduced me to this great spot. I was impressed with how friendly the staff was and how clean it was. The drinks were good and the food was also very good.

  Friendly service and good food tucked away in a quaint location near Carroll Creek, the Canal Bar is locally owned and it shows. There is no glitz or ferns here, but the place is clean, friendly and serves a standard menu of pretty good chow, all for a fair price. A good place to go watch the game. The place can get crowded after hours, but somehow even then the staff maintains good service.

  Food was OK, but it's a smoke house. The tables may be non-smoking, but that seems kind of silly since the whole place is fogged out.

  Love this place. We usually go on Friday nights for happy hour. The food is great as is the service. The owners and wait staff are friendly. Prices for the specials are great. Nice place to relax.

  Best Bartenders in town!! Shrimp is excellent! The owner is very friendly and has done a nice job.
