Come here for fresh seafood. I love the bang bang shrimp appetizer. The ahi tuna appetizer is also excellent. My favorite fish: Seabass!
Service is always good. Place is always packed and very noisy.

I take anyone who will go!
Please don't pass up the BANG BANG SHRIMP starter (crispy, tossed in a creamy, spicy sauce over greens) to share
The best seafood and service in Frederick at its price range. Love the AHI TUNA TOKYO STYLE with Jasmine Rice & steamed veggies is phenomenal.
Also, the Parker's Margarita (with fresh OJ + Grand Marnier) upgrade to Patron is worth the $$$ (last visit, too much sour mix, it was better & less $$$ at the dive bar up 15N later that night :))
Let's not forget the star of the evening: Jen's Jamaican Coconut Pie (creamy custard, rum sauce + fresh whipped cream)WOW, is all I can say!!!
I have tried other meals with the same success, this happens to be my favorite.
Get there early or make reservations, you won't want to wait!

have never had a bad experience. always fresh and great quality fish. nice selection too although i would like the specials to change more frequently...maybe i just go too often.

I eat at Bonefish very frequently because of the quality and freshness of their food. Althugh I would not rate it as a traditional type of Maryland seafood house I enjoy being able to enjoy a mass market seafood restaurant that is many stars beyond other chains like Red Lobster. There isn't a reason to speak about what is good because I have never had a bad meal in the many times I have been there.

My husband and I went to Bonefish a couple weeks ago and it was a really enjoyable experience. I had salmon that was cooked very well, moist and flavorful. We tried the bang bang, which was being offered on a tray as we came in, and it was delicious. The service was excellent and our server was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing, comfortable, and stylish. I really look forward to going there again.

The food here was great! We had a very nice meal here about a month ago. The app’s are very good and our fish was cooked to perfection!

The main dishes are wonderfully seasoned and well conceived and presented. The side dishes and drinks are on the New York pricey side. Two eat nicely for $50-60 but drinks and sides can push it over $100 in an eyeblink.

Prices to high! Service was awful. Food okay

One of our favorite places in Frederick. Great atmosphere specially for the mature costumer. Excellent hosts, food and service. Little pricey but worthy...

Great seafood, we live on that side of Frederick and were very happy to finally have a nice sit-down resteraunt. Glory Days right beside them is great also, best ribs in Frederick.

I think this is now my favorite restaurant in Frederick. Definitely the only place I will go for fish. The service is excellent. I wanted to finish every morsel of food on my plate! What's in that Bang Bang shrimp anyway? It's the first thing I think of in the morning!!
I'm generally not a chain restaurant person and prefer to frequent the "downtown" restaurants here in Frederick. A bittersweet change for me but I can't help myself!

Bonefish Grill Is by far the best seafood place around. The prices or high but it's so worth it you get what you pay for.

My husband and I have eaten at bonefish several times. For lobster tails the best. Thier fish is always fresh and the best.

I have eaten at Bonefish many times and the food is consistently good. Service is always excellent and the food is always served hot and fresh.
To anyone who claims that getting rid of smoking in bars and restaurants will result in a fall in customers should take a look at bonefish grill. It is non-smoking throughout and is always packed with customers.

After hearing many positive things about Bonefish, we finally tried it. This is now my favorite restraunt in the area hands down! We had the Ahi Tuna and Bang Bang Shrip appetizers. They were both delicious but the Bang Bang Shrimp were amazing! I now crave them almost daily since going and can't wait to go back. My wife and I both got the Chilean Sea Bass with the Lime-Tomato-Garlic sauce. I love Sea Bass but many restraunts are lacking in flavor, Bonefish is NOT one of them!! Highly recommended!!!!

I hadn't heard of this restaurant before and I went for the first time 2 weeks ago. The food was phenominal. I will most definately be back time and time again! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

Outstanding food and atmosphere. More of an adult crowd. Had a great experience with Bonefish in Mrytle Beach, SC and was very happy to see one open in Frederick.

Loved it! Seafood was very well prepared & FRESH! Every bite was so good. I had the CHilean sea bass with a Mango sauce. Drinks were fabulous as well.

We tried Bonefish on a weekday Thursday, about a month after their opening in Frederick. Our reservation was 4:45 PM. Around 5-5:15, it seemed someone opened the gate and the restaurant was at 70% capacity fairly quick - a good time to have the reservation.
They had several entrees not found elsewhere, with several excellent salmon offerings that were really fine. Their wine and liquor prices are too high, with about $7 for a half-glass of wine - not advisabe. The ambience is tavern/sports bar/restaurant; unintrusive and relaxing, centrally piped music; several moderately-sized TVs over the bar area with NCAA football airing; very warm woods and colors, clean, easy to navigate and a very attentive staff. Hosts and hostesses were outfitted in what appeared to be starched cook whites, a nice touch and made for a favorable presentation. We announced we had a Birthday Girl present, and were provided a large portion of rather decadent warm fudge/chocolate cake/ice cream with whipped topping to share, complete with a single lighted candle. Very nice touch and sinfully delicious! Our hostess even offered a mini-stint as photographer using a digital I had with me. Overall, a little (25%) on the pricey side even considering the special nature of numerous menu items but a pleasant new dining experience - watch those prices, guys! We felt well served and left happy, even after a perfunctory nudge I understandably was sure was meant to free up the table space. For seafood though and crabs in particular, 'gotta get to Mays on Buckeystown Pike!
