I've been looking for a good Mexican restaurant for awhile in Frederick, I have to say Santa rosa has the best food. If you want to enjoy real Mexican food, Santa rosa is the right place to enjoy it. It has fresh food and authentic food. It will be your favorite restaurant.

This is our go to place for great Salvadorean and Mexican food! Great service, bebidas and tacos! Other "Mexican" restaurants in Frederick are pale in comparison!

Wonderful food. Great prices. Clean dining area. Large portions. Love their rice. It is not dried out like many other mexican restaurants. I used to love the Mexican restaurant downtown the best however, this has become, by far, my favorite mexican food in Frederick.

Not just Mexican food, Salvadorean as well. This place is delicious, inexpensive and has great wait staff. Tacos al pastor are my favorite, and their pupusas and yucca are fantastic. Wasn't impressed with the ceviche though.

Our family loves this restaurant! In our opinion, the best of its kind in Frederick. Thank goodness we don't have to drive to Mont. Co. anymore for great Mexican/Salvadorian food!

My husband is from El Salvador and he knows his food. The papusas are our favorites as well as the yucca con chicharron.

we jut went there tonight and it was spectacular. our favorite mexican place used to be lapaz but now it is santa rosa. the salsa was good.

It is becoming one of my favorite restaraunts, because of the quality of food. The food comes to you hot and well prepared. Everytime when I wanted something Mexican/El Salvadoran I go to Santa Rosa. The service great and I never love refried beans, but I love them at this restaurant!

I've eaten at Santa Rosa several times. Very authentic mexican and Salvadorean cuisine. Just on taste alone, I'd rank it as one of the best Mexican restaurants in Frederick, just lacks upscale atmosphere (but saves you cash as the prices are very low). I highly recommend this place for lunch or an inexpensive dinner out when your in the mood for Mexican/Latin American foods. Always had very good wait staff as well.

This is the best Mexican/Salvadorean food I've ever had, and I always hear people commenting on how tasty the food is. It's 100% authentic. I eat here at least twice a week. Large portions, great service. I've eaten at almost every Mexican restaurant in Frederick and nothing even compares!
