  I eat at this location quite a bit. I am disabled and have received excellent wait staff help with navigating the restaurant and the salad bar. My biggest complaint is that the doors are so heavy I cannot open them myself. However, a member of the staff is almost always there to help.
  
  I have not had the same cleanliness issues as others have mentioned. The carpet is not always swept up, but given how busy the restaurant is at prime dinner time, I can understand it.
  
  The salad bar is probably the best in Frederick and the new menu has some items I really like. They have always been willing to accommodate substitutions to the menu (double broccoli, rather than potatoes) without any fuss.
  
  All in all, I recommend it for casual dinner.

  NOT CLEAN! My seat was covered with food and grease, had to have it cleaned to sit down. then the plate used for my dinner was actually dirty. there was some food (not mine) smeared on the surface, and they just simply tried to wipe it off instead of using a clean plate. it was clear that they knew it was dirty because they tried to wipe it clean and put my food over top. then the manager came over to apologize and say that they are "a clean restaurant" yeah, right...

  The new menu is terrible. Everyone I know is on some kind of a resricted diet. All I had to choose from was the salad bar which had no tomatoes. They said it was their new idea of "fresh items to choose from". If you don't want beef you have a choice of fried chicken or the veggie burger. Fries or a piece of hard broccoli. Come on, get real. They have great service and the food is good if they have choices that you want. I only visited at lunch time. The dinner menu could be OK.

  Great place for family dining. The menu is not stagnant over long periods of time.

  Ruby Tuesdays always has excellent service. The food may not always be up to par, but the the service is continually outstanding! Highly recommend this restaurant for the family, or a nice evening out.
